A scalable next-generation e-commerce store with dynamic inventory tracking
Gift Dubai Online (GDO) is a premium gift delivery platform operating in the Middle East. They needed to migrate from their slow legacy system to a headless Next.js frontend capable of handling thousands of concurrent users during peak holiday seasons.
We engineered a custom headless commerce platform using Next.js on the frontend and a robust Laravel backend API. By caching product listing pages at the Edge using Cloudflare KV bindings, we reduced page load times to under 300ms, ensuring zero shopping cart abandonment due to lag.

Holiday rushes created massive traffic spikes. We redesigned the product search algorithms and database indexing to allow instant filtering of items by category, price, and delivery hour, resulting in a seamless checkout flow.
